Can I choose the flavours in an assorted pack of 6 or 12?
If you want something different to the standard assortments we can usually do this. Please make a note against your order and we will be in touch to confirm.
I’m giving this as a gift - do you send a receipt with the order?
We will email you your GST receipt so the recipient won’t see this.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, you can choose to have your cupcakes delivered wrapped in a Fair Food teatowel - the ultimate in reusable sustainable wrapping! If you choose this option it comes with a ribbon.
Can I send a personal message with my gift?
Of course. The best option is for you to add a personalised gift card, we will write the personal message you enter at checkout into this.
What if I change my mind?
You can cancel your order up until the time that we start processing it for delivery (which is usually the day of delivery but may be the day prior for early morning or Saturday deliveries). In this case we will process a refund less 20% to cover our time and costs such as the credit card and website processing costs. Please contact us.
Once we have started processing an order or it is out for delivery, we cannot cancel an order.
Do you deliver outside Auckland? Which Auckland suburbs do you deliver to?
Currently we only offer delivery to Auckland. See the list of suburbs we deliver to here.
Do you offer weekend delivery?
We currently only offer delivery Monday to Friday, but you can pick up on Saturday from 9am-1pm from our hub in Avondale. It would be helpful for us to know that you wanted weekend delivery, so please email us to provide this feedback.
Do you offer allergy free/egg free/dairy free/gluten free/vegan/halal options?
Due to the nature of our products which use rescued ingredients, we can’t offer options to cater to dietary requirements.
Can you create customised cupcakes?
Currently we only offer the range you can see on the website. It would be helpful for us to know that you wanted customised cupcakes, so please email us to provide this feedback.
